The complex totals 3,500 square meters divided into two zones, the banking headquarters and the social zone. The financial centre includes offices, meeting rooms and a well-equipped conference centre. However, the most outstanding part of the project is the area for social use that contains an exhibition hall, meeting rooms for associations and the multipurpose outdoor square “Ágora” the aim of which was to create a space that offers people the possibility to meet socially and also act as a venue for concerts, shows and other such activities . The space is completed by an area for restaurants and terraces.
